Consent to personal data processing

Separate consent for account registration and management.

Scope

I authorise ИП ФЕРРАРИ АНДРЕА to process my name, email, account and verification data, document acceptance and contact requests for registration, account management and handling those requests. Operations may include automated collection, recording, storage, updating, use, necessary disclosure to request recipients, blocking and deletion. Recipients and infrastructure are described in the separate policy; the database is located in Germany. Consent does not replace mandatory localisation or international-transfer requirements.

Duration and limits

Consent lasts until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn at [email protected], without affecting processing based on other lawful grounds. It excludes marketing, public dissemination of personal data and automatic paid services. It is given using a separate, unticked checkbox.
