Registration terms
Terms for an InnoKultura account and general rules for additional services.
1. Operator

2. Free account
Registration is free and creates no payment obligation. Provide an accurate name and email, set a password and verify your email. Users must be adults; representatives must be authorised to act for their organisation. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Features and limits
Registered users can send contact requests. Access to private details requires the recipient’s approval and may be revoked. Registration does not automatically publish a directory profile, verify an identity or grant a paid membership. Profile publication and changes require a separate review. Replies, agreements and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
4. Conduct
Spam, deception, illegal content, impersonation and unlawful disclosure of other people’s data are prohibited. The operator may restrict access for breaches, considering the circumstances and giving reasons where security and law permit. You may request a review by email.
5. Paid services
Registration does not activate paid services. This version does not provide online checkout or automatic charges. Additional services require a separate agreement specifying the scope, duration, full price, currency, applicable taxes, payment and termination terms before payment. These terms alone do not offer a specific paid service.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Where Russian consumer protection law applies, a consumer may cancel a service contract at any time under Article 32 of Law No. 2300-1. Only actual, documented expenses attributable to that contract may be claimed by the provider. Email [email protected] with the order reference and contact details. Unused advance payments are refunded less legally deductible sums, with an explanation and supporting documents. The refund deadline depends on the legal basis of the claim and applicable law. Remedies for defective services remain available. These terms do not impose a universal 14-day cancellation period for all services.
7. Business customers
Consumer rules do not automatically apply to purchases for business purposes. The separate agreement and applicable Russian Civil Code provisions, including Article 782 where relevant, govern cancellation and settlement. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
8. Closure, data and changes
Request account closure by emailing the operator. Closure does not itself cancel a separate paid contract. Data processing is described in a separate policy and consent is distinct from acceptance of these terms. Material changes receive a new version; no new payment obligation arises without a separate agreement. Mandatory protections under applicable law remain unaffected by the site language.
